Whilst dewatering has always been at the core of WJ’s business, it is only one of many services WJ offer, and the Park Villas project provided us with an opportunity to showcase our well drilling capabilities.
Park Villas, overlooking Ayala Triangle Gardens is at the heart of Makati City, located to the south east of Manila, and will form part of Ayala Land Premiers signature development, and therefore it was a privilege of a project for WJ to be involved with.
WJ were engaged by MDBI Construction Corp to install three 22m deep piezometers in sandstone and siltstone, which would be utilised by the client to provide groundwater monitoring information for the duration of the construction works.
